Enter for the free event that all you have to do is golf and enter your best or better score as the summer goes by. This is your chance to get $50 to spend in the Wintergreen Lounge. Email the society if you want in!
2022 Men’s Night
Wintergreen's 2022 Men's Night is up and running once again. Thursday Night fun Members and non Wintergreen members are welcome to play. $30 Registration fee gets you into the fun. We are trying to do different games each week to keep it interesting. $15 get's you in the games and $5 enters you into the Deuce, Eagle pot. 2021 Match Play
2021 Match Play has 16 players competing in a standard play off format. First round is complete and winners of the second round are in the money. Good luck Gentlemen. Mike Carlile, Club Captain.
2021 Captains Cup
This year we have 36 members signed up for the Captains Cup. 6 teams of 6 competing for the $300 prize, $50 to each player for the low combined team score. Make sure you enter a score at the Pro Desk or via email to wgsociety@gmail.com Every time you better your low score for the year, enter that score.
2021 Men’s Night
Wintergreen’s Men’s Night is up and running this year. All the games and proxies are back to add to the fun on Thursday. The fun starts every Thursday at 2pm. Proxies are on # 1 Pro Shop, long drive, #3 Riverside Golf Center, closest to the pin, #6 Powderhorn Saloon, weeds water and sand draw, #7 Rav and Mike, closest to the pin, #8 Wintergreen lounge, land in the circle for dinner, #9 Cowell Capital, long putt. $10 to enter the Low net, $5 for the Deuce pot. 2020 Challenge Cup Update
CONGRATULATIONS TEAM CHAINSAW! Led by Mike Carlile as Captain the team won the 2020 Challenge Cup by a total of 5 points. The matches were very close initially with the teams halving the Alternate Competition Saturday morning and then Chainsaw leading by one point on the Best Ball Competition going into the Sunday Match Plays. All matches were reasonably close but Chainsaw was the clear victor with four additional points won on Sunday. The weather held and all had a great weekend of highly competitive golf.
